CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes! You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your Sunergos account and selecting “My Subscriptions.” From there, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, as well as update your billing information.
At this time, changing coffee selections or subscription frequency isn’t available directly in your account. To switch coffees, you’ll need to start a new subscription. Email us at info@sunergoscoffee.com with any questions or if you need help with your current subscription.
WHEN WILL MY COFFEE SHIP?
Coffees ship within 4 business days of subscription renewal or confirmation. We are committed to only shipping you the freshest coffee, which means we roast every subscription coffee to order.
Roasting cycles start on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Depending on when your subscription renews, we’ll ship out your coffee after the next roasting cycle.
CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO MULTIPLE COFFEES?
Yes! Simply add several subscription products to your cart before checking out. Just make sure the subscription frequency is the same so they ship together.
