Shipping Policy:
Coffees ship within four business days of your order. Freshness is paramount to brew the tastiest coffee possible and we are committed to only ship the freshest whole bean coffee to you. In order to achieve this, we roast every bag of coffee to order. Our first roasting cycle begins on Monday morning and our second begins on Wednesday morning. If you place an order before 12pm EST on Mondays, your coffee will be roasted and shipped out Tuesday afternoon. If you place an order before 12pm EST on Wednesdays, your coffee will be roasted and shipped out Thursday afternoon.
Due to the speed of shipping and our commitment to freshness, we do not offer ground coffee on our website. If you don’t yet have a grinder at home, we do have several great grinders available for purchase at a variety of price ranges!
Privacy Policy:
We have the utmost respect for your privacy. The information you provide on this site is used exclusively for our in-house purposes and will not be sold or distributed to any outside organizations.
Security Policy:
Your payment and personal information is always safe. We use software that meets and exceeds industry standards and is among the best available today for secure commerce. Your personal and credit card information is secure and cannot be read over the internet.
Refund Policy:
Coffees are always sent to you with full and accurate descriptions that truly represent potential cup quality. Of course, brewing methods and water quality are subject to individual circumstance though we recommend you use the methods and equipment we outline here on our site. For these reasons, coffees are not subject to return or refund. However, we understand the potential for errors in shipment and are always happy to correct them.
Other merchandise (brewing apparatus, shirts, mugs, . . .) may be returned within 30 days of purchase date at buyers expense. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Thank you for subscribing! At each automatic renewal period, your order will be processed the same as any other with the same discount. You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your customer account on our website. To change to a different renewal period, simply cancel your current subscription and sign up for the plan you want.
