FAQs

Can I edit my subscription?

Currently, you are unable to make any changes to your subscription unless you cancel and start a new one. We know this is frustrating, but this is due to a limitation on our backend. However, we are currently working on fixing this issue and hope to have this option available by early 2025

When will my coffee ship?

Coffees ship within 4 business days of subscription renewal or confirmation. We are committed to only shipping you the freshest coffee, which means we roast every subscription coffee to order.

Roasting cycles start on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Depending on when you order, we’ll ship out your coffee after the next roasting cycle.

If I subscribe to multiple coffees, can I combine shipping?

Again, due to the software limitations of our subscriptions, every order gets processed individually. We are aware that this is extremely inconvenient and we are working on creating an improved system.
