We work closely with all of our wholesale partners and would be proud to have our coffee served at your business! Roasting is our craft and we work with others in the global coffee industry to source the most delicious coffee possible. In our 15 years of roasting we have won several competitions, opened four locations in the neighborhoods of Louisville, KY, and brought our coffee and expertise to many successful coffee companies throughout the region.
Our name, Sunergos, means “working together.” This simple phrase is a representation of our company culture. It influences how we source and roast coffee, and how our wholesale team works to provide unmatched customer service through close partnerships.
Each person who walks into one of our five locations, or has our coffee served by one of our wholesale partners, has a history of drinking coffee that we seek to honor in our lineup. All of our coffees come from specialty coffee producing farms and we purchase them in a sustainable and responsible way. See our "Buying Practices" sheet for more info.
We are committed to consistency in everything we do. Though we roast all of our coffees by hand, every batch is meticulously tracked using multiple data points. When sourcing green coffee, we have trained our palates in accordance with the WCR Sensory Lexicon and use it along with the SCA Coffee Taster's Flavor Wheel to keep tasting notes on our bags consistent with industry standards. Our lineup is divided into three categories communicated via label color. On each label you will find tasting notes, origin country/region, variety, and green processing method.
We have helped open countless coffee shops, restaurants, and other coffee-related businesses since we began in 2003. Our consulting and training ranges from helping with layout and design to hosting staff trainings in our lab. We also have a wide variety of videos, guides, and other tools to help our customers outside the region.
