This position works under the direct authority of the Production Manager. Their primary job is to ensure that all coffee is packaged with excellent accuracy while assisting and maintaining many operations of the roastery. Their work directly affects all aspects of coffee roasting and distribution.
20 hours a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Must be able to repeatedly lift +65lb. Fast-paced production atmosphere.
