  • We’re glad you asked! Simply follow the prompt above to decide how often you need coffee, which coffee you would like to get on a regular basis, and how much you need. From there, you will be charged when your order is processed and we will ship it out in the roasting cycle following your subscription order date. This means you will always get roasted to order coffee!

  • Coffees ship within four business days of your subscription renewal. Freshness is paramount to brew the tastiest coffee possible and we are committed to only ship the freshest coffee to you. In order to achieve this we roast every bag of coffee to order.

    Our first roasting cycle begins on Monday morning and our second begins on Wednesday morning. If your subscription order processes before Monday at 12pm EST, it will be roasted and shipped out Tuesday afternoon. If it processes before 12pm EST on Wednesday, it will be roasted and shipped out Thursday afternoon.

  • There are so many but to name a few:

    • Once you subscribe, you won’t ever have to worry about running out of coffee again.

    • All subscriptions receive 10% off our normal coffee pricing.

    • 5lb bag subscriptions are shipped free.

    • If you have a favorite coffee from our foundational lineup, you can subscribe to that one and never run out. If you prefer to try new coffees all the time, subscribe to our foundational or seasonal “let us choose” option to get a rotation of coffees from our current lineup with every shipment.

  • The only way you can make changes to your subscription is to cancel and start a new one. We have the same limitation on our end unfortunately and aren’t able to change those details for you.

  • The only way to change your shipping address is to cancel and purchase a new subscription. We know it’s a bummer but it’s a limitation in our website’s subscription software.

  • Our system processes orders individually so we aren’t able to combine subscription orders. If you need more coffee, consider a 5lb bag to save more per pound and get free shipping!
