About the Coffee
We’re naming our Spring Blend after the mythical Goat Man, for all you locals you probably heard stories about the Goat Man residing around a railroad trestle in Fisherville. The Goat Man is a creature thought to be a hybrid between a goat and a man (and, according to our research, apparently a sheep!? We imagine the jury is still out on that…) Sheep conspiracies aside, much like the half goat, half man cryptid, our Spring Blend is half Kenya Swara AA and half Ethiopia Wottana Bultuma. This particular mix left an impression on our cupping team with its balance of bright/sweet flavors and floral/herbaceous flavors.
