More Info
This Colombian coffee was grown in the Huila region. Huila is one of Colombia's southernmost coffee-producing regions and is home to its third-highest peak, the Nevado del Huila volcano. This region accounts for 18% of Colombia's total coffee production. This particular lot comes from Santa Maria, a town located in the northern part of Huila, not far from the capital of Neiva. The coffees from this region tend to have bright, sweet flavors. Our cupping team is getting tasting notes of apple, grape, and citrus from this washed coffee. We enjoyed it so much we made it a part of our Summer Blend, we hope you love it too!
