Every year we choose a theme to name all of our seasonal blends.  This year's theme is SPACE!  

Here is what Andy, our Retail Lead, had to say about choosing this name: 

"When we chose our blend theme this year, we went with space kinda just because it seemed fun. It happened to be a fitting coincidence that we were experiencing a total solar eclipse here in our area. Naturally, we went with Eclipse as our Spring Blend. As blends come up this year, we find ourselves looking into space, and spaced themed words, and space themed events, which is neat to look into a thing so outside the norm of our day to day work life. Well, shortly after we launch our Fall Blend, we will be experiencing the Autumnal Equinox on September 22nd. Plus, it’s just a fun name that speaks 'Fall' to us!" 

With the Guatemala Miramundo being a natural processed coffee and the Mexico Chiapas a washed processed coffee, this blend is wonderfully balanced and delicious.
